NFL Mocks is going to do a team by team look at what rookies have the potential to contribute during their first season. Every year there are countless rookies that have major and minor impacts. Everyone expects the 1st round picks to make an impact but we hope to point out some other players that may help your favorite team win games.
The Ravens continue to add promising pieces to the Super Bowl puzzle. They hope the additions from the 2010 NFL Draft will put them over the hump.
Terrence Cody: Cody was very active in this first preseason game and is going to get extensive playing time in the defensive line rotation. Cody’s run stuffing ability is something many teams covet.
Ed Dickson: The Ravens feel that Todd Heap is slowing down so they went out and added Ed Dickson. Dickson is an electric athlete that should stretch defenses and provide Joe Flacco with another weapon. I expect big things from this exciting rookie.
Sergio Kindle: It’s unknown if Kindle will recover from an off the field head injury but if he does he should provide a pass rush off the edge.
