Michigan DE Brandon Graham Wins MVP As North Dominates South

by NFL Draft

The Under Armour Senior Bowl week has come to a conclusion. In today’s all-star game, the North squad defeated the South by a score of 31-13 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. It was a dominating victory by the North — which was led by the Detroit Lions coaching staff.

Defensive front seven play was the story of this game. The North manhandled the South in the trenches and the physicality proved to be too much for the Miami Dolphins led squad. Six turnovers were forced by the North’s defense.

Michigan defensive end Brandon Graham was named the games MVP. Graham finished the game with five tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble. Graham saw his draft stock rise this week as he solidified himself as a first-round selection.

Cincinnati wide receiver Mardy Gilyard was also one of the games standouts. The explosive playmaker hauled in five catched for 102 yards and a touchdown. Throughout the week Gilyard had struggled with inconsistency, but when the lights came on, the first-team All-Big East star shined.
