
At the end of Decemeber, Florida Gators quarterback Tim Tebow was unsure if he would participate in the Under Armour Senior Bowl.
The annual Senior Bowl is where the nations top seniors come and showcase their skills for top NFL scouts in a week long event. Participants take part in various drills and they receive coaching from NFL staffs.
More than 800 NFL scouts, coaches, and general managers make the trip to Mobile, Ala. where the Senior Bowl is held. The week of practices, and the game itself, will be aired live on the NFL Network.
ESPN’s Chris Mortensen just announced on his Twitter page that Tebow would play in the game.
Reported on Countdown and to ESPN: Tim Tebow WILL play in Under Armour Senior later in month. Wants to prove to his skeptics he can play QB.
Tebow is the third rated quarterback by NFL Mocks and he is currently No. 31 on the Big Board.
With a strong showing at the Senior Bowl, Tebow can solidify himself as a first-round pick.
