Marvin, I agree and it still could happen. Jimbo is an excellent recruiter.

Honestly Connor, we just don't know. I know that given full control, Fisher will be able to recruit with anyone, but as for his offense, it's still an unknown. I have not been impressed by it although it has improved. I think 'Noles fans are hoping that by taking full control, the offense and the entire team will show great improvement.

There is no doubt that the jury is still out on Fisher.

I am amazed at how dumb the self styled experts are. Everyone talks about Bobby and Jimbo, and forget the smart coach who said,"keep it all, Bobby, I'm moving to Athens,GA."

The coach is Mark Richt, who left Bobby posturing and bragging to come to Georgia. (I'm just an old Florida Gator who moved to Atlanta many years ago.) With full access to Florida's many top recruits, FSU could have come back stronger than ever. Watch out Urban. It could have happened.

The sad thing is that Bobby Bowden wants to keep a job that gets easier every year- when you don't try as hard. He changed from being a top level coach to a foolish old man. Sad, but he wore out his welcome years ago, but still has his pride, with nothing to back it.

Great article, but is anyone convinced that Jimbo Fisher is in fact the answer once Bowden finally steps down? There is no denying that he has brought some top level talent into Tallahassee, but the offense the past few years has not been nothing spectacular to say the least. Is the general perception around the Scalp em' nation that Jimbo needs full control of the team to take them to the next level?
