Wake Forest outside linebacker Aaron Curry was called the “Can’t miss prospect of 2009″ by many. After the firs
t three teams selecting passed on Curry, the Seahawks wasted no time in handing his name to Goodell.
Seattle chose to play it safe and pass on Mark Sanchez for the former Demon Deacon who wowed scouts with his combine performance that included an impressive 4.56 40-yard dash.
