Prospect Watch: Jeremy Maclin

Maclin is super quick and dominating defenses this year. Although Missouri hasn’t played a conference game yet there’s no doubt that he’s a favorite for the Heisman Trophy along with do it all pocket quarterback and Missouri teammate Chase Daniel.

Maclin is a projected late first rounder by a lot of people but he doesn’t even have to come out this year. He is only a Sophomore but was redshirted his Freshman season so he is eligible to leave college after this year and go straight into the NFL.

Against Nevada this past Saturday he scored three touchdowns off of only six receptions. The guy has a motor and can fly down the field with the fastest players in the country.

He’s also great at returning kicks. He’s already ran four punts & kickoffs back for touchdowns in his career.

I have a feeling he won’t leave after this season but I don’t mind following a great player like Maclin for two or even three more years while he sharpens his skills.
