Who Will The Ravens Draft?
Its hard to get a handle on which direction the Baltimore Ravens will be pointing in when they pull the trigger on the 8th pick in the 2008 NFL Draft. With the Ravens, you often have to assess positions in right now, now-or-later, or futuristic funk. Right now, they need a quarterback. They could take a cornerback now-or-later, but the futuristic funk would be a defensive lineman.
If you’ve followed the Ravens like we have, you can be lulled into a sense of forgetting about the offense and putting some new clips into the Uzi that is the defensive unit. But its high time to go with more than the occasional pop gun on offense. With the eighth pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens will select quarterback Matt Ryan from Boston College.
